  • Locked user out

    I passed the wrong password value in an API call multiple times and the user got locked out of Method. When I tried loggin in to Method it said I needed to wait 10 minutes before trying to log back in.     Another point to add: These items may be listed as inactive in QB and you&#39;re able to see them in Method due to not having a filter setup for only active items. - Ashur

    Hi Dawn, I tested in multi-user mode and it still works fine. &nbsp;I&#39;m fairly sure this isn&#39;t a Method issue as we haven&#39;t had any other user mention this. &nbsp;Also, Method has zero interaction with the&nbsp;password box in Quickbooks. &nbsp;This would be a major security hole if third party developers had access to the ...
