The SalesOrderLine.SalesOrder.Other2 field is the child record that is associated with the current parent record. The SalesOrderLine.Other2 field is for child records as a whole. In this case, you want the former because you are looking for invoice items that are associated with the parent invoice record. Hope this makes sense.

Hi-Just wondering if you could go through (simply please!) how to add an attachment to an outgoing email...I know you have to customize this and I think that the pop up refers to the fact that the administrator has to do this but I would like the details to supply to him.

The path I used was SalesOrderLine.Other2. instead of SalesOrderLine.SalesOrder.Other2. What is the difference between them ?

The stock Sales Order report doesn't have the field Other2 included. Did you try and customize the report by adding it? Which field did you drag onto the report? I spoke too soon without testing. Your user should receive the email as well as long as the Email notification when saving? option is enabled on the bottom of the Invoice screen before clicking Save & Email. Still, you just learned a helpful bit of info which will come in handy when customizing

Hi christian,
Yes you can do this by customizing the QuickBooks_Invoice screen, then editing the Send Email action within the Save & Email button. You'll want the look at the Email BCC field and have it use the value of the current users email address. *Hint: Value From Session.

I haven't seen any issues like this in the past and no this would not be the cause of the problem. When the records are no longer in Method, do you have conflicts that need to be resolved? At what point do the customers start "disappearing" in Method, is there any commonality?
