Your user should receive the email as well as long as the Email notification when saving? option is enabled on the bottom of the Invoice screen before clicking Save & Email. Hi christian, Yes you can do this by customizing the QuickBooks_Invoice screen, then editing the Send Email action within the Save & Email button. You'll want the look at the Email BCC field and have it use the value of the current users email address. *Hint: Value From Session. - Ashur

When the records are no longer in Method, do you have conflicts that need to be resolved? At what point do the customers start "disappearing" in Method, is there any commonality? - Ashur

We add our additional emails with a new contact but this is a personal preference. Do what you believe would be best for your work flow. This is becoming to be a problem, we are having to do a full sync weekly to make customers reappear in method, could this be caused by multi user quickbooks users and all users having sync engine running?
