It is just a brand new field this is open text. I don't think it is set to read-only.....how do I tell? I am VERY new to Method and learning lots, so I apologize if these are 'simple' concepts that I am just not understanding!
Thanks!

Hi linda,
What do you mean it's not allowing input. Is this a linked field or a brand new custom field? If custom then what type of field is it, i.e. Text, Integer, Dropdown, etc. Is it set to read-only on your screen?

We received a question from Michael via email:
Can we get our field size set to 1,000,000 instead of 100,000 for the Solution Body table? We can't upload any of our solutions because most of them are around 800,000 characters. We really want to take advantage of the online knowledge base.
Hi Michael,
The maximum size allowed ...

I created a customized field (added a field to a table) and have it displaying on a screen. However, it is not allowing input. What do I need to do to fix this?

Hi Matt,
Not sure what exactly is causing that to happen. I created three Fabricator fields as well, the first two pull from the FullName field of the Customer table, where as the third field pulls from the RecordID field. When I edit the first two fields (Fabricator and Fabricator2) on my custom screen the Select Field option on Step 4 of 6: ...

Hi,
The reason some records are not fully deleted right away is that Quickbooks is the master record so to speak. Since its the master record, we need to check with the Quickbooks file before deletion to ensure there isn't any sort of data incompatibility.
We can certainly reset your account if you wish. By doing this, all data, ...

Wes,
Unfortunately we do not support Intuit Payment Service (aka QBMS) with Method. Please see our Payment Gateways article for supported payment gateways. Something else to note is that currently the Quickbooks SDK does not allow Bank Reconcilliation, which prevents us or any third party app from processing these transactions. ...

Hello Team,
Can you reset my account?
Because there’re records impossible to delete.
When you delete it, it shows that it is deleted but anyway the data is stored somewhere.
For example when you are exporting the customer lead grid out you can see the full list of records (that was actually deleted)
And when ...

Adam,
I see they are in the table. My goal is to populate them with the results from QBMS. How can I get these when using the QBMS gateway in Method?
For example, if I was writing an external application, I would take the results from the QBMS call and use them during the ReceivePaymentAdd SDK call.
Thanks,
Wes

Hi Wes,
Those fields are located in the ReceivePayment table and should be available to add into the ReceivePayment screen. What is your end goal here?
