Done.  and the field I am working on is on the screens for adding leads and customers, editing leads & customers (they are copies that I made of the screens that came with the initial install.  They have a (2) at the end of their names. Company account name is SummitBusiness Thanks!

If the values are already a field in the table, you can drag that field onto the screen. ...

Can you please enable the MethodSupport user then email me your Company Account name. To enable MethodSupport go to Customize > Users > scroll down to the bottom of the screen, then make sure there is a checkmark in the Active box for the user. - Ashur

I've done that - - it's accepting data now, but only numeric.  It is set as a text field with length of 255, so I am not sure why it doesn't accept letters.  What am I missing?

Hi Karen, I was not able to replicate this. Are you using the stock screen and stock template? If not, then try using the stock screen/template and also advise what modifications have been made? Additionally, it would be great to get a screenshot of the line items out of order, as well as when printed normally. - Ashur
