Hey keita,
Can you confirm whether these fields were created on your screens or in the Customer table? If it was created in the table what do you mean when you say "they will not flow over into the new fields"?
From the error message you posted it seems as though those fields were created on the screen itself an not in the table, ...

That may have been it. I did not re-generate the screen and it now seems to be working.

Also: I have been able to successfully add job types to existing customers. My test (ABC) was actually converted from a test lead.
Something must be missing or awry in the Customer (parent) account, but I can't seem to figure out what. All relevant fields appear to be there.

I created new fields, Phone 1, Phone 2, and Phone 3 for leads and customers and edits for both. The basic functions of Method are the same across all accounts, and mine is not rounding up. Could you email me your Method account name and enable the MethodSupport user? You can do this by going to Customize > Users and checking the checkbox next to the MethodSupport user.

Just to clarify, this is the only other solution besides the one mentioned by Mark Crews, as they are both legitimate solutions.
