Hi Rozetta, Thanks for posting!  The workflow you are describing is certainly possible - but would require a bit of customization to function correctly. The fastest way would be to copy the Work Order list screen, and remove all the 'Shared' filters from the list grid - thus leaving you with only the 'My' filters. ...
