For 1. Yes you will get duplicate numbers in this instance if you allow Method to assign ref numbers. This is because this number is attached to the RefNumber field which is not unique. I created a Sales Order in Method and as soon as I entered the company name and hit tab, I got the following error:

Only some of the Sales Orders being enetered into Method by our sales rep are syncing. Why could thgis be?
I ran a manual full sync to see if it would catch the missing SOs but it only caught one. Please help!!!

Hi,
The sync did not update the U/M(s) that were added to the item in QB after the item was originally entered. As a result, none of the sales orders for those items would show in the item list in the SO column in Method.

PMA - can you check now?
Looks like the sync hit a snag with an appointment that was setup in Google as an All-Day event, and then edited in Method to be a non-all-day event.
I think this is now working okay now.
Can you reply back to confirm?
