Do you see anything unusual when you save the document? Is the document not in the grid? Have you checked your SmartVault account to see if the document was uploaded to SmartVault? Since this is an issue with a stock screen, you can call into support at 1-888-925-6238 x2 and we can take a look at it with you.

Did you try my suggestion of regenerating the tables? To do this, under Customize > Tables/Fields click 'Edit Fields' for the InvoiceLineItems table and then click the button for Finish Editing Fields. If this doesn't work could you email me your account name and enable the MethodSupport user?

The stock sch and invice screen dashboard is not working. When I press on any of the numbers of lets say, work orders not done, it would usualy take me to the work order screen and show me the work orders not done. Is there any way to set role permissions at the screen level? I've noticed the roles work nicely at the tab level. Check if you have any conflicts in Method. If you do, they will continue to try and sync until they are resolved. To check this in Method go to Quickbooks>Resolve Conflicts. There is also a similar post here that might help.

no, our edit opportunites screen nor any of the doc screens have been customized.
we upload all our docs to smartvault. this happens when we are uploading a new doc. we go thorugh all the steps and sometimes the doc doesn't upload. no rhyme or reason. very frustrating to have to repeat all the steps and re-upload the doc.
