Thank you for your response, however it didn't work. My picture is stored in my documents on my computer and this is what it looks like in my email template. What am I doing wrong.

That is unusual....since it is working correctly for me. Here's what I need you to do. Enable the methodsupport user on your account. Then send me an email with your account name, and the values you are populating the parameters with, and I will see what I can find out.
