Anyway to attach a document to a bill? It would be nice to be able to verify that the line items entered in the bill match the original paperwork rec'd from the vendor.

Hi Michael,  Check if you have any conflicts in Method. If you do, they will continue to try and sync until they are resolved. To check this in Method go to Quickbooks>Resolve Conflicts. There is also a similar post here that might help.  - Jason

no, our edit opportunites screen nor any of the doc screens have been customized. we upload all our docs to smartvault.  this happens when we are uploading a new doc.  we go thorugh all the steps and sometimes the doc doesn't upload.  no rhyme or reason. very frustrating to have to repeat all the steps and re-upload the doc.

made a brand new copy of the screen. made no changes anywhere. whent straight to the table and tried to change the caption and got the error message.

Hi Matt, How are you creating this dropdown?  If this is based off the contacts or customer table you should be able to select the fullName field.  As for filtering the dropdown, you can do this on step 5 of the dropdown wizard. - Adam

If there are inactive contacts are they still considered duplicates by method ie. when creating a dropdown you cannot make it show the fullname option?
