David, thanks. Changed the 'isPortal' to false and now getting a successful lookup. The link however doesn't take me to the correct screen.

Auto Grow is alredy checked and most of the fields are not editable on screen. I thought it was the edition of screen that I was using (Remote Entry Edition) so I created a new screen using the new edition (CRM Pro for QB Desktop) and still getting the same result. Any other suggestions? Thank you.
