    If you are getting the &quot;...&quot; button, it means yu put the actions in the &#39;On Button Click&#39; event. You probably want the actions in the &#39;lose focus&#39; event. That way the actions will run when you tab out of the field.

  • GetScreenURLV2 when not synced to QB

    The MethodAPIGetScreenURLV2 does not work when the account has not been synced with QuickBooks. The link is instead going to the QB sync screen like it would if you logged in regularly and the account had not been synced to QB.

    Be, I&#39;ve seen this happen when there is a sync error involving a duplicate customer. Try going to the resolve conflicts screen and clear up an customer conflicts and then try it again.

    Julie, One option is to create a billing &quot;service&quot; assigned to a billing crew for each of the customers for the first of every month. Then on the first of the month, you mark them as completed and create the invoice.

    Is the portal in an iframe on your website? I reported the same issue when viewing the portal through an iframe a couple of weeks ago and it was submitted to the developers.
