The dropdown at the top right is for the tabgroup (legacy name is rolename). So to do what you are asking you need to use either MethodAPIGetScreenURLV3 or MethodAPIGetScreenURLV4 and set the rolename parameter to be "QuickBooks"

Hi Jacob,
Following up on Method_Danny's point. When you login to method, it checks if you have ever done a quickbooks sync. If you have not, it takes you to the quickbooks --> synchronization tablink so you can set up a sync.
The same logic still fires even if you are coming off a link generated via the api.

After the initial sync this problem should be solved

Does this happen with every link generated or only some of them? What function are you using to generate the link? Can you also tell me what tab and tablink you are trying to go to?
