How and where are you adding the html? If you are using an input field that uses the wysiwyg editor you need to click the html link on the upper right and insert your raw html there.

In my opinion, yes, customization is required. Maybe the Method guys will chime in to verify.

This can definitely to done. It is fairly straight forward. You just create a button that loops through your activities and then use send email.
If the client wants this to be automatic, It's a little more involved. You'll need to build an application that uses the API.

Have you considered just building your own custom billing solution on Method's platform. It looks like with jBilling you'd still need to provide and manage your own server. This is all included with your Method subscription.

It would be great if the datetime of activity defaulted to email datetime rather than current datetime. Or Is this a setting that I missed?

I have a situation where I need to update a boolean in 2,500 time tracking records and am concerned about timeouts. Is it possible to have a where clause that is something other than a single RecordID?

Just tried the gadget from my iPad and it works. I was able to check email and add to activities.
I would imagine that this would work on any tablet. I did have to switch from gmail mobile to desktop.

I am forcing tests and I agree that simple is better.
From what you describe here I think its just a training issue. Since there is a fresh pull on each search the reload is already there.
