Hi John,
Currently Method cannot sync sales orders with Quickbooks Online (QBO) like it does with Quickbooks Desktop (QBD). The error seems to be referencing a screen that is stock in a Method for QBD account though. Did you copy this screen into a Method for QBO account?

Hi Mike,
Sounds odd! Can you email me the screen you are talking about and make sure the MethodSupport user is activated? I'll sign in and take a look.

Hi Andy and Ben,
I haven't been able to replicate this behaviour. Can you try to enter a lead with a Standard Web-to-Lead form and see if this works properly? You may be missing a field on your custom web forms, possibly the Entity field in the Activity table (see my screenshot below). Let me know what you find.

Brian,
Both Method and Active Books are third party applications that separately interact with Quickbooks, but they do not interact with eachother. Additionally, Active Books will continue to run fine with Quickbooks if you install Method, there shouldn't be any interference between them. Hope this clarifies.

Hi Brian,
Method does not sync directly with Active Books. You can schedule and view Quickbooks reports in Method, but you cannot automate emailing them at this time. Let me know if this answers your question.

Stephen,
After you assign a value to a shared result on one screen, you must use a Get Value from Shared Result action to retrieve that value on another screen. With this action you'll be able to assign the shared result to a local action result which you can then use on the second screen. Hope this helps!

Hi John,
We cannot sync with this field with the Intuit Partner Platform (IPP) V2. However, this will become available soon with IPP V3. Keep an eye on our Release Notes!

Hi Karen,
My apologies but it turns out you cannot use an Advanced Script and a Regular Script on a Retrieve Value from Table action at the same time. What I saw before must have been a caching issue that allowed me to view both on the screen, but after more testing today I found that it will not work properly. You must add your ...

Hi Mike,
This logic looks perfect to me. I don't believe there is a more efficient way to do this in the current version of Method. I can't confirm, but there might be 'else' capabilities in the next version of Method. Keep an eye out for that.

Karen,
You can use both an Advanced Script and a Regular Script inside your Retrieve Value from Table action. It's a little confusing how to do so. Here are the steps how:
Click the Use Regular Script option
Click And Where to set up a second Where clause
Choose Use Advanced Script
Now you can ...
