How do I set the same invoice terms for all invoices created?

We created 18 invoices yesterday in Method to be emailed in QB, But when we go to QB we only see 16.
And the two missing invoices aren't anywhere in QB. The two invoice numbers are 245696 and 245691, and this last one is not calculating sales tax.
Can someone please take a look and let me know what is happening? thank you
