Hi Mario,
While the VendorTaxIdent field is listed as 10 characters in the table, it appears to accept up to 15 characters on the vendor screen in Method. I was able to manually input an SSN format xxx-xx-xxxx and it synced over to QuickBooks (QB) fine.
I then exported the vendor and tried to re-import it. Sure enough, I received the same error ...

I recommend that you first export the leads that you have imported into Method:
1. Customize > Integration Tools
2. Select Export a table to a file
3. Pick the Customer table from the dropdown
4. Choose the following fields to export:
a. RecordID
b. FirstName
c. LastName
d. FullName
e. SalesRep
f. IsActive
g. Name
5. Choose ...

Kitty, you could upload to the ListBuilder table....but that isn't a good solution, because your list would be the same as last time. It's stale data. You want a new list each time.

Using the Outlook Plug-in, you can select individual contacts to send to Method. More information on the Outlook Plug-in can be found within your Method account. Click Customize>>Integration Tools. You will see the Microsoft Outlook Plug-In (beta).
