It looks like that tablet is using a regular OS and not a tablet OS which means you should be able to run the non-mobile version of Method on it.

Hi John,
That's an interesting idea. They wouldn't be able to use the Method Integration Sync Engine (MethodPush program) but they could use our API to develop something that would push offline content to Method.
If you are really interested in pursuing this idea I would post it in the Method API forums found here.

"Best" may be subjective in this case, Method Mobile works great on a lot of available smartphones. I personally use it on both the iPod Touch/Blackberry Torch and it works great using the Mobile version of Method. Hi John,
In Method an Activity is a Work Order they are one in the same, the only difference is that Activities that are work orders are assigned the type "Work Order". Can you give me some steps of the process you are going through?

I will have to look into this. Customizing is an option and would mean getting the amount into an action result and using the Character Function action to replace the pound symbol with $ and placing that value onto a field on the screen.

There are 2 main options for this, using scripts or using Formatting Rules. Scripts can be accesed by selecting a field in Report Designer and going to Scripts in the Property Grid (Located at bottom right of the designer by default).
