Stuart, You are treading on dangerous ground hijacking CRM tables for your reporting purposes.  not worth the $15month charge difference.

Is there any way to gain read only access directly to the mssql server data (ie a connectin string) for development?

I forgot to mention that we are using customized screens and some custom Method tables (not in QB).

 Just tried to export one of my customer tables to Excel (something I've been doing since the beginning) and I get a Server Error notice 404 - File or directory not found. That pretty much stops all my work.  How do "we" get it working again. Thanks! Fred

In a grid, can I reference a field that is not in the table that the grid is based on?

Hey, The LastInvoiceDate field you created - is it a DateTime field? Head over to Customize > Tables/Fields > Look for the field you created and make sure the Field Type is DateTime. - Mortaza

For some reason when we create a Sales Order/Acknowledgement we are limted to 11 characters for the Sales Order Number. I've tried editing Screens and Tables/Fields and I can't seem to figure out where it is set to 11 Characters. Thanks for any help!
