Hi David, You'll need to find the screen that the dropdown is based off of.  Is this dropdown based on an existing table or a new table?  If new, there should be a screen located in Customize > Screens that was created when the table was created. - Adam

Marcelo, There is no stock way to send multiple work orders on the waiting list to the calendar.  This can be customized though.  For example, you can add a checkbox to the Waiting List grid, then loop through the waiting list grid and apply the appropriate actions from the 'Send to Calendar' to send each checked work ...
