Hi Matt,
A dropdown can only hold one value at a time. Just so I understand what you're trying to accomplish, are you trying to find a way to list all of the leads that are using your customer's product on the edit customer screen?

That is what i did , and is not working for me.
Let's say I have a series with 20 ocurrences and the sort order is 1, and I want to change it to 2, I click on edit series, go to additional settings, change to 2, save and close, and I go to the work order list and refresh, but nothing changes.

When you are viewing your Work Order List screen you should see one column called Edit... and another called Edit Series... (see the attached image). If you click Edit Series... on an occurence record you can directly edit the related series. If you click Edit... you will be editing just the ...

Yes you can do that, just remember that the Team Leader is a Method user. So just create a Method user that does not need to sign in and name it Crew 01. You can then assign Carlos and Jose as employees to that team and enter their time in/time out info for Work Orders assigned to that user.

Yes the team leader has to show up as an employee also.
Can I make the team leader name something like crew 01?, so the way when I create the work order, I will be able to assign it to the crew directly.

This sounds like you're doing it correctly since you can't assign Work Orders to a team. Let me make sure I'm understanding this first, correct me if I'm wrong:
You have created a team called crew01 where Carlos is the team leader and Jose is a member.
You assigned the Work Order to the Team ...
