If there are inactive contacts are they still considered duplicates by method ie. when creating a dropdown you cannot make it show the fullname option?

Just to clarify: When you edit your email template, click the Insert/Edit Image button on the toolbar. You'll then be able to upload the picture to your account database and use the tag I mentioned. - Ashur

The picture can't be stored on your local computer, it needs to be located on a server that is publically accessible by everyone else on the internet.
