To clarify - here's my setup:
"Mobile Users A" tab Group
"Mobile Users B" tab Group
The standard "Mobile Users" tab group still exists. Do I need to delete this? Uncheck "Show" for all the screens in it?

If you have multiple Mobile tabs in the Mobile Users tab group this can happen if they contain the same screens.

Yes. You can assign any Sort Order value to any series or occurrence. However, we currently do not have a default button to assign a Sort Order value to all of the work orders from a specific customer.
I would suggest filtering your work order grid by the Customer that you would like to change and then manually changing ...

Thank you for the update. If you can post your solution so that it becomes searchable, please feel free to reply with what worked. In most cases, if the screen is customized, this is just due to the way it was modified.

Would it be possible to assign the sort order to the customer's name instead of the work order?
