Strange. I'll do some testing to see if I can re-create it. I know when you search for tags it has to be an exact match. Perhaps there was a space or something in the tag?

Just to get a better understanding can you please advise what information you would want to display on the report? You mentioned the Customer and Activity tables, do you know wht specific fields you want to show? Grouping and sorting may be a little painful but once we have more information we can help guide you.

well seems like the second user is locked now, but am able to log back in as first user again, haha. It seems to happen mid import when something causes the import to stop. Could well be my internet or router over heating.

as an FYI I logged in as a different user and was able to upload, so something is up with my user.

so was importing a bunch of activities from old database when IE just hung and couldnt refresh or do anything. Ever since then I am unable to import anything and get the following error.
I have tried IE, firefox and chrome and they all give the same error, also have deleted my cache on all the browsers, restarted my computer, logged off for 2 ...

yeh it was, but I just re uploaded all the tags to my contacts with a different name and it works now. Not sure why.

Hi, In my customer list I have a contact that I cannot delete. When I click on the GoTo link I get a table that is blank and the message says "The record you are trying to load does not exist, or you do not have permission to view it". How can I get rid of this record?

You can click on the Clear button for both conflicts and perform a Full-Sync done through Tab:Quickbooks > Tablink : Synchronize > click on Sync now.

There is no RefNumber in the message. When I go to the Resolve Conflicts screen there is not RefNumber. When I click on More Info there is not RefNumber either.
