    well seems like the second user is locked now, but am able to log back in as first user again, haha. It seems to happen mid import when something causes the import to stop. Could well be my internet or router over heating.

    as an FYI I logged in as a different user and was able to upload, so something is up with my user.

  • unable to import anymore

    so was importing a bunch of activities from old database when IE just hung and couldnt refresh or do anything. Ever since then I am unable to import anything and get the following error. I have tried IE, firefox and chrome and they all give the same error, also have deleted my cache on all the browsers, restarted my computer, logged off for 2 ...

    yeh it was, but I just re uploaded all the tags to my contacts with a different name and it works now. Not sure why.

  • Delete Record

    Hi,&nbsp;In my customer list I have a contact that I cannot delete.&nbsp;When I click on the GoTo link I get a table&nbsp;that is blank and the message says&nbsp;&quot;The record you are trying to load does not exist, or you do not have permission to view it&quot;. How can I get rid of this record? Thank you.

    Hi swm023, You can click on the Clear&nbsp;button for both conflicts and perform a Full-Sync&nbsp;done through Tab:Quickbooks &gt; Tablink : Synchronize &gt; click on Sync now.&nbsp; - Sam

    There is no RefNumber in the message. &nbsp;When I go to the Resolve Conflicts screen there is not RefNumber. &nbsp;When I click on More Info there is not RefNumber either. There is a RecordID in the table. &nbsp;Just the RecordID for each invoice. &nbsp;We had created a bunch of invoices months ago w/ Method that were never synced to QB. ...

    Hi jan,&nbsp; After taking another look at this post, I have some additional comments that may help.&nbsp;I mentioned that&nbsp;you should try to retrieve the&nbsp;Maximum&nbsp;with the&nbsp;Retrieve value from table&nbsp;action&nbsp;but&nbsp;it would make more sense to retrieve the&nbsp;Count.     Hi Ben, You should be able to search using &quot;Dev&quot;. &nbsp;Can you confirm that the tag &quot;Dev&quot; is assigned to a contact? &nbsp;You can export the contacts table and include the Taglist field to check. &nbsp; - Adam
