Is there a way to rename a table without losing the relationship with the data stored in it?

How can I add values to these tables?  Lead Status is currently limited to Open, Qualified, Unqualified  Lead Rating is Cold, Hot, Warm I would like more/different options

Hello,  After I created the API key, I tried with a simple GET request for api/v1/tables/Contacts/{number} , but I'm returning an error as 401 Unauthorized. Can you please let me know what could go wrong  Thanks

I've ran a query on all the different tables, but I can't seem to figure out how to access the "Name in Quickbooks" field using the Method API when creating new leads using MethodAPIInsertV2. Is it under an alias?
