John,
For occurences of a series, job items get added to the work order in one of 3 ways:
1. You print a route list from the work order list screen.
2. You open the job on a mobile device.
3. You click the Copy job items from series button.
To do what you are looking to do, you will want to mimick the logic of one of those action sets. before ...

Hi Marc,
Are you using your custom table Equipment to store more data aside from customer username, password etc.? In the given case making the fields that the customer will be able to view or enter information into part of the customer table will be very helpful.

Hi theavsspecialist,
Unfortunately at this time, unlike regular Method, you cannot customize the Google Gadget. You also cannot use any custom tabs, screens, fields, or actions that you have in Method. It can only be used 'out of the box'. Hope this answers your question.

If we take a quick example where we have a company called MyCompany which is the customer and has 5 contacts under the Customer called contact1, contact2 etc. How are you trying to make this? Are you trying to have the information displayed based on a customer level? So ...
