    Hi&nbsp;Suzanne, These types of emails are sent from Method to the customer, along with being CC&#39;d to the Method account&#39;s configured email address. You should find a copy of these emails in that account&#39;s&nbsp;Inbox&nbsp;rather than the Sent&nbsp;folder. So if your Method account&#39;s email address is Suzanne@somecompany.com you ...

    Hi, I&#39;ve been emailing my estimates from Method. &nbsp;Is there a way to look at a &quot;sent&quot; folder, so to speak -- to see which emails have been sent from Method? thanks.

    Hi Angie, I just want to confirm a few things. First, you would have needed to create the custom questions field to your Contacts table. When you perform the import, make sure that the field name matches the one in the table. Lastly, you&#39;ll need to make sure that the Screen and/or Grid is updated to include that table&#39;s custom field so ...

    Hey Angie,&nbsp; You can actually see the Record ID on the stock Customers and Contacts&nbsp;List screen.&nbsp;It&#39;s hidden by default but if you click the settings gear at the bottom right corner of the grid you&#39;ll see an option to display it.
