Hi Dottie,
Are we talking about the same QuickBooks_TimeTracking screen? To access it go to the QuickBooks Tab Group (top right of the screen) > Click on the Employees tab > then click the Time Tracking tab link. The fields exist in the TimeTracking table so they can be added to the screen and grid, see my screenshot below.

Hi Ben,
No that won't be necessary. The slow down could have happened for any number of reasons including an issue with the browser or internet speed. If this continues, you can try a different browser and see if that helps.

I managed to get it to work after I figured out how far the import had gone and refreshed everything.
Do you still need the info for the slowing down issue?
