Hi Jon, When you create a customer/company/lead in Method there is always a main contact associated with it (it's a required field). I'm not sure how you can have a company in Method with no main contact assigned to it. Can you expand a little bit on how you did this?  - Jason

Let's say that I have a customer that does work with my product that a lead then purchases from the customer. Is there a way to link the lead to the customer so that I can go to the customer directly from the edit lead screen?

Yes, I'm using Chrome so I guess this is a known issue. It corrected itself but I didn't know why. I think it happened when I undocked from my docking station and monitor which would probably have resized the window. Thanks for your help.

Hi Andy, Those areas in the item screen are left over from the old Method Warehouse app, which has been legacied and we no longer support. You would need the Method Warehouse app to use those fields.  Since it has been discontinued, unless you already have it installed, there is no way to access it. - Adam
