Hey Angie,  You can actually see the Record ID on the stock Customers and Contacts List screen. It's hidden by default but if you click the settings gear at the bottom right corner of the grid you'll see an option to display it. I was utilizing the format string on the right hand side of the screen.  After clicking on the small arrow above it has now formatted correctly.  What is the property grid on the right side of the report designer used for then?
