We are new users to Method CRM. We are A/V contractors and have a list of about 30 activities (or Tasks) that apply to every project. Is there a way to create a template, for lack of a better term, that would include all of these items that when accomplished, could be shown as completed?

By setting up a new user that cannot sign in, am I paying for a new user still? Also, I am doing a dummy one to test it out now, when it asks if the login is Active do I say it is even though the user will not be able to sign in?

If your fabricator is someone you will regularly send information to, are they already in your Quickbooks system as a vendor or another entity? Yes we would be sending the information to our fabricator so once they have finalized the product they can be in contact with the customer.

For example you have a state field, that you know only two letters are going in, but the field has room for 40, how can I change this after is created.

I was hoping to see how other companies are doing this.
Ideally, I would like to create a 6 step program that after entering the price for each step, the total price is reflected somewhere so the customer can renew the entire program.
