Method Community

We are new users to Method CRM. We are A/V contractors and have a list of about 30 activities (or Tasks) that apply to every project. Is there a way to create a template, for lack of a better term, that would include all of these items that when accomplished, could be shown as completed?

By setting up a new user that cannot sign in, am I paying for a new user still? Also, I am doing a dummy one to test it out now, when it asks if the login is Active do I say it is even though the user will not be able to sign in?

Yes we would be sending the information to our fabricator so once they have finalized the product they can be in contact with the customer.

Text fields, either in existing screen or new ones. For example you have a state field, that you know only two letters are going in, but the field has room for 40, how can I change this after is created.
