I was hoping to see how other companies are doing this.
Ideally, I would like to create a 6 step program that after entering the price for each step, the total price is reflected somewhere so the customer can renew the entire program.

Can you please clarify which type of field you are asking about? Do you mean a field in a grid? Or do you mean a field that was added directly to the screen? Also, are you talking about a customized screen or a stock screen?

I am assuming you are referring to the checkbox "Delete existing occurrences on insert" which you can find when you Add/Edit a Work Order in the Field Services Add-On.

The Route field is actually a field in the Activity table called ActivityGroup. In the Field Services app this field is used to group your activities by assigned routes if you have them in your company. You can also use the ActivityGroup field to group activity records in any other way you please.
