Hello Matt, There is a way to classify Contacts with the use of tags: "Tags are a way to assign a label or a category to a record". For more information, please check the Help Center's Entry on Tags. Hope that leads you in the right direction!

I am currently working on ways to "customize" method without changing it too much. Is there a defined line or at least grey area, where after so much changing or customizing, help and/or updates for the CRM become incompatible?

Is there a way to classify customers and then to link them with leads without having to completely customize the screens? Matt

Hi Ben, The ListBuilder is built to automatically populate data from fields with the same name as in the Contacts table, not the Customer table. Try this and let me know if it solves your problem.  - Jason

First let me expand on previous post: If you don't setup your own Default Email Preferences in Method, you do have a limited amount of emails that can be sent which I believe is 500. But if you setup your own email account to send the messages through, i.e. Gmail, then there is no limit imposed by Method. From what I understand you will be ...
