Just to add to my last statement another important part while customizing is to be careful about changing names Associated to Stock Tabs and Tab Links as changing names can cause issues with actions associated in the stock screens.

There is a way to classify Contacts with the use of tags: "Tags are a way to assign a label or a category to a record". For more information, please check the Help Center's Entry on Tags.

I am currently working on ways to "customize" method without changing it too much. Is there a defined line or at least grey area, where after so much changing or customizing, help and/or updates for the CRM become incompatible?

Is there a way to classify customers and then to link them with leads without having to completely customize the screens?

Hi Ben,
The ListBuilder is built to automatically populate data from fields with the same name as in the Contacts table, not the Customer table. Try this and let me know if it solves your problem.

Yes, the field can be made editable in a customized screen. I have been assuming that the CSV information is being imported into the Customer Table.

First let me expand on previous post: If you don't setup your own Default Email Preferences in Method, you do have a limited amount of emails that can be sent which I believe is 500. But if you setup your own email account to send the messages through, i.e. Gmail, then there is no limit imposed by Method.
