Hi,
Really all we want is to have their program information on our CRM. We will not be running reports from the fields, it will strictly be used by our sales team to educate themselves on the servcies provided by the company to help determine the best placement for ads.

I am trying to delete a contact and I get a message that says "this is a quickbooks alt contact, can't be deleted" is there a way around this.
The contact was created by mistake, I had a phone numer in the alt contact field in quick books, I want to fix this, how do I do it?

There is a checkbox within the Edit Case screen in Method called Email Case notification to contact when saving. If this is unchecked then the related contact will not get notified by email. To my knowledge, I haven't deleted any of the stock fields or tables. I did have a couple of Custom Fields in my QBooks (that I hadn't actually populated for any Customer) that came over to Method and that I deleted.

Can you clarify, where do you have the tax rates /codes and calculations set up? For example are they part of a custom screen? The API cannot run actions on a screen since they are independent of each other.

I want to be able to associate an email with an existing case from Gmail. However, doing so triggers an automatic email to the client with the case update email. Where do I turn that off? (Or can I?)
