    Hi Marcelo,&nbsp; Sorry but unfortunately there is no way to delete the alt contact once it is entered into QB. You can change the text in the field but you can&#39;t actually&nbsp;delete it. If I can&nbsp;find a way to work around this I will definitely update this post.&nbsp; - Jason

    I have two questions... 1) Are you able to adjust the session timout length? 2) One of my users is&nbsp;trying to synch using both the full and changes only synch methods and is&nbsp;getting the spinning wheel for about 4-5 seconds and the screen returns and to it&#39;s previous state.     Hi, Really all we want is to have their program information on our CRM. We will not be running reports from the fields, it will strictly be&nbsp; used by our sales team to educate themselves on the servcies provided by the company to help determine the best placement for ads.
  • Deleting a contact

    I am trying to delete a contact and I get a message that says &quot;this is a quickbooks alt contact, can&#39;t be deleted&quot; is there a way around this. The contact was created by mistake, I had a phone numer in the alt contact field in quick books, I want to fix this, how do I do it?

    Hello thepostingboard, I looked at your website, and I saw that you also want to filter on fields and list a number of related categories at the bottom.
