I am assuming you are referring to the checkbox "Delete existing occurrences on insert" which you can find when you Add/Edit a Work Order in the Field Services Add-On.
Basically it means it will delete any other occurrences which you may have scheduled for this work order and replace it with the new dates you are ...

The Route field is actually a field in the Activity table called ActivityGroup. In the Field Services app this field is used to group your activities by assigned routes if you have them in your company. You can also use the ActivityGroup field to group activity records in any other way you please.

Unfortunately, there is no button that will pull lead information into an email.
If you are sending the lead information internally, what you could do is set up an activity and then assign it to an employee within your company. Then the employee will see the contact information.

I submitted a ticket with our dev team to try and resolve this issue. In the meantime I can offer a couple ways to work around it. You can either replace the text in the field with a single character to represent a blank field, or you can change the field to the exact same information as the related customer.
