You can also try the Transactions tab within the Edit Customer screen. This will allow you to view all transactions for the selected customer. Hope this helps.

If you click on the Customers tab in your Method account you will see various tab links directly below the tabs. These links include transaction lists such as Estimates, Invoices, and Sales Orders. If it's not resolved already, you can't set your customers as inactive in Method for QBO, however you can delete the customers in QBO (don't worry they'll still be in your database) and when the change syncs to Method they'll be marked as inactive.

Hi Marcelo,
The email body textbox can be made larger through some simple customization. When you're editing the screen look for the Body textbox object. Click edit on this object and you should find Number of input lines within the advanced options. Hope this helps!
