You may need to add additional actions to replace merge fields that pull data from the EstimateLine table. You can find replace merge field options within the Character Function action. Below is an example from the stock Invoice screen.

Hey Chris,
I'm not sure how it's setup on your account but:
Why don't you set the Default Email Server to crm@domain.com and set your User account to your own email (Server User?).
Then give permissions for emails to sent out from crm@domain.com for all your Users.
Can this be a possibility?

Have haven't been able to re-create this. I've deleted a number of emails in my test account, both within Method and QBO without issue. Do you have any conflicts or errors when you sync? Does this happen with all of the contacts or just this one?

To automate the update look into the Refresh Counts object on the Dashboard - you will need to create an Action Set similar.

Hello Antonio,
I have had a problem recently reported where a transaction that has a 0 balance and will not sync. We were still looking into the cause. Give Method support a call or email support@method.me. We can create a case and take a better look.

Can someone clarify the relationship between Outlook and Method in re sending emails with read receipts? Or alternatively, whether there's any synchronization between emails sent within Method and Outlook?
