    Hi Marcelo,&nbsp; The email body textbox can be made larger through some simple customization. When you&#39;re editing the screen look for the Body&nbsp;textbox object. Click edit on this object and you should find Number of input lines&nbsp;within the advanced options. Hope this helps!&nbsp; -Jason

    Hi jdibona, First ensure that you&#39;re not currently editing a table, if so click Finished Editing Fields. Edit your CRM_EditCustomer(2) screen, click the Advanced button, then click the Click to Remove link. Publish/Save then see if you can delete the screen.     Hi Marcelo11756, The Balance is a stock field which is part of the Gmail Gadget and cannot be enabled/disabled. If the customer infact has a balance you&#39;ll see it after clicking the contacts name to expand the gadget window. Check out our Gmail Gadget Help Center article for some more helpful info. - Ashur
