Karen, Did you build this report template from one of our stock templates?  If you still have the stock version, you can always build it back from there, rather than try to fix what may be broken from the custom report.  Unfortunately, since the original version of the custom report was only on your account and you overwrote it, we ...

Still can't replicate it, I even enabled the Show in HTML editor option for one of my fields. What field type is your Comments set to in the table? Can you email me the Company Account name along with the screen/table names, also please enable the MethodSupport user. - Ashur

Hi Karen, I'm really sorry Karen.  There is no way to get the template back.  As a best practice, always use 'save as' and save it as a new version. - Adam
