Like most other websites, Method does support UTF8 character encoding. What are you looking to do exactly, translate your screens or enter records using UTF8 characters? It should work fine, however if you come across any problems just let us know.

Hi Marcelo,
You can definitely use the same name. You might notice that when you add the first item in the work order that it will auto populate the Job Name field with that item. You can also change this yourself.
