I am a new user and need help setting up the crews, any webinars or manuals about this. I created users, then go to dashboard and created the teams, but when I schelude work orders I don't see the crews or teams that I created, only users. What am I doing wrong?

Can the work order job name be the same for all customers? We have to schelude our weekly maintenance to all our customers, can the job name be the same for everyone, or it has to be different?

Hi matlow99, From which Print Preview button did you copy the actions from?  Our stock ContactsPortal_Transactions screen has a print preview button.  I would take a look at that if you haven't already.  My instinct tells me that you just haven't filtered by the invoice recordID properly. - Adam

I have a grid on a main parent screen. To edit/add records for that grid, there is a button that opens a popup screen. When I close the popup, I want to refresh a grid in a tabbed section of the main parent screen, so the user doesn't have to manually refresh the grid. I have customers/opportunities from many countries, several of which do not use ASCII for encoding the characters of their names and contact information. Does Method support UTF8 character encoding? Is there a way to specify the encoding on a per field basis?

Has anyone gotten the standard SOAP methods for PHP working correctly? I tried both soapclient and nusoap, and neither worked well to create the exact structure wanted; I ended up using cURL to pass a fully formed request built in SoapUI.
