Hi Andy,
The grid is just a means to show what's in a table. So you can definitely create a report that shows the contents of that table. Keep in mind that you cannot print out the grid as you see it in Method. You'll need to design the report to mimic the look of the Method grid.

First ensure no one is editing any screens, then regenerate the Entity table followed by the Customer and Contacts tables. Once that's done, log out then log back into Method then see if you can access the record. If not please enable the MethodSupport user and email me the Company Account name (not your user name).

Hi Formation QB,
Edit your screen then the fields with the Add New button. Select the Button Click and Add New event types then delete the actions under each. Finally Publish/Save your screen, then view it and you'll notice that new entries can no longer be added for that field.

You can do this by creating a screen based off the Customer table then add a Grid and a Button to that screen.
