With the Eport Grid to Excel action there is an option to remove HTML tags, this doesn't appear to function.  Anybody else having this problem?

Can you set defaults for services? The program that we use now, it allows you to set default crews, starting and ending date, renewal date, etc. So everytime you schelude that particular service, we do not have to enter that info
