John, This seems to work fine for me. I was able to send emails from the standard Invoice, Estimate and Activities screens with no issues.  Are the emails that are showing up in your inbox displaying your email address as the To email address? -Michael

John, If you delete an invoice from Method it will also delete the invoice from QuickBooks, you don't need to go into QuickBooks to delete it separately. If for some reason the invoice can't be deleted it will show up in Method under QuickBooks > Resolve Conflicts. -Michael

John, In method by default if you don't enter invoice #, it will wait for QuickBooks to assign one. If QuickBooks is closed Method has no way of knowing what the next invoice number is so it waits until QuickBooks is open and then it send the invoice down to QuickBooks which then gives it an invoice number. -Michael
