just as confused as before if I am in my new lead screen and edit the lead source area where is this done I dont see anywhere where it states this othere then lead source via lead source show and that to me states to look there

You can still assign estimate numbers after inputting the line items if you wish. However, if they do end up syncing with Quickbooks, the number will not be overwritten.

From the screenshots you sent me, it looks like all you need to do is edit the Lead Source field on your New Lead screen, then edit the first action in the Add New event, and select the correct screen to point to.

Hi Kyle,
You are correct. Estimate number, by default at least, will be set by Quickbooks. Method has a setting under the Quickbooks tab > Syncronize that allows Method to set numbering on estimates, invoices, sales orders and the like. Can you check your settings and see if this is checked or not?

Can you please provide a screenshot or the exact wording of the message. If Authorize.NET is not seeing anything on our end then the message should be able to tell us why the payment was rejected.
