Hi Bryan,
If you edit the series, you should see all of the occurences listed in a grid. You can then select all of them and delete the occurences. Then you can delete the series.
Depending on the area you are in, the design may be different, but the function should be the same.

Good morning,
We have a problem with trying to delete a series activity.
When we delete the series, the occurences are still there. Now the series is gone but all of the occurences are there. There are over 900 ocurrences that we need to delete.
Any ideas on what caused this any idea on how to delete 900 occurences all at once?

That's strange, are you using Google Chrome by any chance? The reason I ask is because I've experienced strange caching issues in Method with Google Chrome, usually clearing the cache and restarting the browser works, or just using a different browser. Glad to hear it's working now though!

I did it 4 times, refreshing, restarting import etc. making sure fullname was not selected twice. It was changing my suffix field to fullname for me even when i chose not to import suffix.
Finally after logging out and logging back in the error went away.

One more thing. The screen is built off of the Customer table and not the Contacts table. The two fields with the data missing, are they in Contacts or Customer?

This message will display when a field name, in this case FullName, is being selected for more than one column. Refresh your browser then start the import process again. What is your goal here? Is it simply to add two fields to the screen?

I am even just trying to import a record where I am just importing fields that match method fields, not even create new field names and each time it gives me that FullName error.
