Hi dottie, If you just want to display employees then you can edit the filter on the Name field to diplay only the Employee entity type. In regard to your second question, the easiest way to do this would be to edit your OnScreenLoad actions to automatically enter the Employee name of the currently signed in user into the Name field. - Ashur
